September in Review

This past September we've been busy here in Durango.  We have been training hard, getting in lots of L3 and starting up on our L4 intervals and bounding.  As we head further into the fall our ski specific training is going to increase, as is our intensity.  Here I wanted to share a video and some pictures of what we have been up to.

We ended our summer with skiing up Molas Pass, up above 10,000 ft!

Throughout of Saturday's this month, we have been getting in some nice long roller skis out in the country.  Here is a video preview of some of these skis and some L3 intervals.

As the leaves start to change, we are also starting up our fall High Country hikes.  This past weekend we headed up past Silverton to Ice Lakes.  This is one of my favorite hikes ever. Check out these pics of the scenery.

And, as always, why not do some push-ups....
